An objection is directed against the individual assessment result of a participant. This result can be found in the final report of the respective EQA scheme.
With a complaint, a participant expresses dissatisfaction with aspects other than the individual assessment result – e.g. with deadlines, the EQA scheme or communication.
Appeal procedure
You must submit an objection to your individual assessment result in writing or in text form to the QA Coordination Office of the BVDH within the objection period.

You will find the objection deadline in the final report at the end of the list of your individual results.
You will receive a confirmation of receipt; your objection will then be forwarded to the relevant EQA supervisors and the Assigned Manager QA of BVDH e.V. The EQA supervisors first prepare a statement, which is then evaluated and approved by the Assigned Manager QA of BVDH e.V. or a competent member of the extended QA commission, the BVDH QA committee. The evaluating and releasing person was not involved in the decision which is the subject of the objection.
Following approval, the statement will be sent to you; if necessary, your individual result and the final report will be revised. If this is the case, all laboratories involved in the EQA run in question will be asked to download the updated final report.
